Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shrinathayurved.com, every order is a special ‘make to order’, so that customer truly enjoys the taste & freshness of the Product. So, to make this possible we try our best to send your order via fastest & best logistics in India and in amazing tampered proof dual packing, to keep the taste and freshness intact!

Shipping Policy:
Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time which shall be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer with the tracking details. Hooray!

Deliveries are done PAN India basis which may take 3 - 6 working days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.

Shipping Charges:
All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Packaging & Handling Charges:
We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this, especially for your shipment, The prices are already included in the price of the product.

Returns:
We're all about Pureness & Authinticity at Shrinathayurved.

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.

We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at contact@Shrinathayurved.com or Whatsapp us at 9960236066 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
